Our philosophy of food is basic to good health. "Eat organically produced food whenever possible." We like to consume food grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, antibiotics or growth hormones. We buy our food from local farmers that share the same values. In terms of preparation, we limit the amount of processing so most of the nutritional value is retained without sacrificing flavor. Though our breakfasts tend to lean towards vegetarian cuisine, we support a wide range of dietary preferences. We realize good food includes enjoyment. Our goal is to provide a highly nutritious breakfast that will energize and sustain our guests and tastes great as well. All breakfasts include: fresh fruit and juice; cold whole grain cereals; homemade baked goods; coffee and a variety of herb teas.
